Dr. Sean Goodell is a southern California native, born and raised in Riverside. He earned a BS in Animal Science from Cal Poly Pomona in 1996, and a DVM from UC Davis in 2000. After earning his veterinary degree, he completed a 1 year rotating medicine and surgery internship at the Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

Dr. Goodell returned to California and joined Bay Animal Hospital in September 2001. He became a partner in the practice in 2006, and full owner at the beginning of 2009. He’s a big sports fan, partial to the Lakers, Dodgers, and USC Trojans. He enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his two cats, Willow and Toby.
